Shipping policy

Shipping destination. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from a United States facility.

Personalized processing. Every engraving is reviewed before production. Bracelets are usually engraved and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on orders over $25, so the current personalized bracelet qualifies for free US shipping. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates. Most bracelet orders arrive within 5–9 business days after the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of carrier volume, weather, holidays, or destination. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Address changes. Email support@willowhaul.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will help when the order has not shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Gift guides. Products featured in our gift guides are sold and shipped by Amazon. Their shipping times, costs, and policies apply to those orders, not the terms on this page.
